Singh Moto Purchase & Exchange Policy

Section 1: Our Final Sale Commitment

As a general principle, all sales made through Singh Moto are considered final and are non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing on our specialized products.

 

Section 2: Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items (Parts & Accessories)

Please be aware that all parts and accessories are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, engine components, electronics, hardware, tools, and decals. We urge customers to verify compatibility and specifications before purchasing these items.

 

Section 3: Apparel Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand the importance of a proper fit for riding gear. Therefore, we are pleased to offer exchanges for apparel items only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, apparel must be in its original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

  • Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the item.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process any exchange.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Section 4: Shipping Responsibilities for Exchanges

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an apparel exchange. This includes:

  1. The cost of shipping the original item back to our facility.

  2. The cost of shipping the new, exchanged item to your address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

Section 5: How to Initiate an Apparel Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at info@singhmoto.com with your order number and the details of your desired exchange (e.g., new size or color).

  2. Await Authorization: Do not send items back without first receiving an exchange authorization and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ship Your Item: Once authorized, securely package your item and ship it to the address provided.
